Tara Lloyd, MA, FCIPD
Tara has over 13 years' functional and line management experience within the field of management development and human resources. Tara's multi-sector experience enables her to provide individually tailored solutions for businesses ranging from one-day workshops and management development activities, to strategic business development. She has significant experience in providing HR advice to a range of small and medium businesses.
Tara's industry experience includes retailing, contracting, facilities management, food and hospitality, media and telecommunications. Recent projects include the delivery of a major training programme to a high street chain and a long-term contract with a major high street bank.
Tara is licensed with the British Psychological Society, is a registered Myers-Briggs practitioner and a trained life coach.
Outside of work Tara enjoys playing netball and horse riding. She is also developing her skill - or trying to - in her newly found hobby of golf.
