With more than 15 years’ international facilitation experience, John has worked with Calibre HR & Training since the business was founded in 2005. He has worked in the private, public, charities and not-for-profit sectors including:

John developed his natural facilitative style during his time as a learning and development manager. He now offers a wide range of facilitation, training and coaching experiences.

Jo Battershill FCIPD
Jo is a training and development professional with international experience managing diverse multi-cultural teams in the private and public sectors.
Coming from a background in the hospitality industry, Jo is a qualified Investors in People Adviser and MBTI Practitioner.

Liz Barnes BSc Cert Ed, DipM, FCIM
Liz is a qualified trainer who specialises in the commercial aspects of management training. With extensive experience in both the private and public sector, she has also complemented her facilitation role with consultancy and lecturing in management and marketing.
