We help employers minimise the threat of disruptive people problems. Whether it is continued absence and sickness, misconduct, inappropriate behaviour or poor quality work, our HR advice can help you tackle issues early. We also offer a human resource support sounding board where you can talk things through before deciding on the right action.
Hearings & appeals
We try to resolve problems without resorting to disciplinary action. However, where all other options are closed, we provide human resources advice on disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals. We can also attend or chair hearings and appeals. By working closely with you we will ensure a procedure that minimises the possibility of successful legal action.
Policy, procedures & handbooks
Recent changes in legislation have left many employers’ policies and procedures out of date. If you have neglected yours we can help with practical HR support. Our human resource support includes auditing policies, procedures and handbooks and advising and making changes and enhancements.
