Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter the competition you must be:
   (a) UK resident; and
   (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees or associates (or members of their immediate families) of Calibre HR & Training.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you win the competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. You can find out who has won a particular competition by contacting Calibre HR & Training.
7. The winning organisation will receive three months’ FREE telephone HR advice from Calibre HR & Training of up to 2 hours a month maximum. This can be taken in individual calls or as one call of up two hours each month. The three months must be taken in consecutive months starting no later than September 1, 2010.
8. The prize will not be transferable to another organisation.
9. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
10. This competition is being run by Calibre HR & Training Ltd.
11. Your contact information will not be sold or exchanged with any third party. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
12. Competition closes April 22^nd, 2010 and the winner will be announced on Monday 26h April 2010.
