Group facilitation training
Do you have groups that could do with specialist intervention to help them find the most efficient methods for accomplishing a task? If so, facilitation could be the answer. Calibre HR & Training can train key group members in facilitation skills to ensure meetings are run impartially and in a way that allows everyone to contribute.
Facilitation services
Calibre HR & Training can also provide external facilitators – often described as guides or catalysts – to help groups get their work done. Because the facilitator remains non-evaluative, they focus on the process and progress of the meeting rather than the content. Clients can use facilitators on a one-off basis or to work regularly with a group or number of groups to address a series of related or complex issues.
