A typical one-off HR policy project might include a comprehensive HR audit to explore current procedures and any gaps. The HR audit includes looking at staff attitudes, sickness absence rates and whether your reward strategy is appropriate.

We also offer training programmes for managers and supervisors to help them apply HR policies fairly and consistently and communicate key policy issues to staff.
